Cannabis tincture guide: what a listing describes
A tincture or bottled cannabis oil is a liquid product sold in a measured bottle. Check the listing for bottle volume and cannabinoid figures with their units. Bottle size alone does not reveal THC or CBD content.
Listings may also identify a carrier such as MCT oil and describe the included dropper. Use only the details supplied for that product. Do not infer a carrier, concentration or accessory from another bottle with similar branding.
Volume and concentration are different
Millilitres describe liquid volume. Milligrams describe an amount of a listed cannabinoid. Milligrams per millilitre describe concentration. Keep all three labels intact when comparing products.
For example, a 30 mL bottle and a 60 mL bottle can have the same concentration but different bottle totals. They can also have the same volume and different concentrations. Match the field before comparing the number.
Per-millilitre and bottle-total fields

Do not treat a bottle total as a per-millilitre figure or assume the dropper holds exactly one millilitre unless the package information says so. The product label remains the authority for measurements.
Read a THC:CBD ratio with the amounts
A 1:1 ratio indicates equal listed proportions, while a 2:1 ratio indicates that one listed amount is twice the other. A ratio does not reveal the concentration by itself. Two products can share a ratio and have different milligrams per millilitre.

Carrier and package details
The carrier is the oil or liquid base identified for the product. It is separate from the cannabinoid concentration. Check the ingredient field and current package for carrier and allergen information rather than relying on a generic category description.
Confirm whether a measured dropper is included and whether the listing provides package-specific handling or storage instructions. Keep the cap secured and the bottle upright after delivery.
Compare price with equivalent fields
Price per millilitre compares bottle cost with liquid volume. It does not compare cannabinoid concentration. Price per listed cannabinoid amount requires accurate totals and matching units. Use only calculations supported by complete product fields.
A larger bottle can lower the price per millilitre while increasing the order total. Choose the intended volume first, then compare equivalent concentrations and package details.

- Bottle volume in millilitres.
- THC and CBD amounts with per-millilitre or bottle-total labels.
- THC:CBD ratio when supplied.
- Carrier and ingredient information.
- Included dropper or package accessories.
- Current stock and exact bottle price.
Confirm the cart line
The cart should repeat the product and selected bottle option. If two volumes are available, make sure the intended size appears with the correct price before checkout. One cart unit represents one bottle, not one dropper measurement.
