The cart and checkout show the current rate before the order is placed. A coupon or other adjustment can change the qualifying subtotal, so use the final checkout total rather than an earlier estimate.

Where Eon delivers

Delivery addresses must be in Canada and supported by the Canada Post network. Enter the complete street address, unit number, city, province and postal code exactly as they should appear on the parcel. A working phone number and email help with order or delivery communication.

Eon does not offer international shipping. A postal code can affect the available route and delivery estimate, especially for remote destinations.

From payment to dispatch

  1. The order is placed and remains on hold.
  2. The customer sends the Interac e-Transfer using the order-specific instructions.
  3. Staff matches the deposit and moves the order into processing.
  4. The selected products are checked and packed.
  5. A Canada Post label and tracking number are created.
  6. The parcel enters the carrier network and scan updates begin.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the normal processing queue on the next business day. Carrier volume, weather, route conditions and destination can affect timing after dispatch.

Plain outer packaging

The outside of the parcel is plain and does not list product names. Internal packaging is selected to limit movement and control odour during normal transport. Keep the order number available if you need support with packing or delivery.

When tracking becomes available

A tracking number can appear after the label is created, before the first carrier scan. A short gap between those events is normal. The order email and account order page show the tracking record attached by Eon; the Canada Post tracking page shows the latest carrier scans.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Canada Post publishes general service information, but the live tracking record is the best source once a parcel is moving.

When a scan looks delayed

First confirm that the label has received an initial carrier scan. If the tracking record remains unchanged beyond the expected window, use the contact page and include both the order number and tracking number. Support can review the Eon order record and help identify the next step.
