Eon keeps cannabis rewards Canada customers can understand in one account: the active earning methods, redemption value, balance, history and tier progress are shown without making shoppers guess.

Cannabis rewards Canada: how Eon points work

When the program is active, eligible signed-in activity can add points to the customer ledger. The settings shown below are live, so the page reflects the current earning methods, redemption ratio, order cap and expiry window rather than an old promotion.

Points are not cash and they do not confirm payment. At checkout, an eligible customer can open the rewards panel, review the dollar value and apply an allowed amount. The order summary shows the final adjustment before the order is placed.

Track every points change

My Account includes the current balance and points history. Purchase awards finalize only through the configured order-status workflow. Cancelled or refunded orders can release held points or reverse an award so the ledger continues to match eligible activity.

Some products, including stored-value items, can be excluded from earning. The product page and cart estimate omit points when an item is excluded. Current rules always take precedence over examples or older announcements.
