Ordering cannabis from Eon has four main stages: choose products, review the cart, place the order, and send the Interac e-Transfer using the details attached to that order. Canada Post tracking is added after payment is confirmed and the parcel is prepared to ship.
1. Choose the product and exact option
Open the product page rather than relying on a shop card alone. Flower may have several weight rows. Edibles can differ by flavour or piece count. A cartridge may require separate compatible hardware. Check the selected option, current price, stock, THC and CBD details, package amount and any ingredients or hardware information that applies.
Product names, grades and effect tags are browsing aids. They do not guarantee quality, freshness or a result. Compare the measurable details and current photos.
2. Review the full cart
Check every line before checkout. Confirm the product, selected size or option, quantity and price. The cart also shows the shipping charge, discounts or eligible points that apply, and the final total.
Eon’s current standard shipping is $15 for orders below $150 and free at $150 or more. The cart and checkout are the final place to confirm the charge for the order you are actually placing.
3. Enter the delivery details
Guest checkout is available, or you can sign in to keep order history and eligible rewards together. Enter a complete supported Canadian address. Include the unit, suite, apartment, buzzer or rural route information when needed. Review the email address as well because order updates are sent there.
4. Place the order before paying
Complete checkout first. The confirmation page creates the Eon order number and shows the Interac recipient, exact amount, order reference and EON payment code tied to that order. Do not send a transfer based on details from an older order.
After sending the exact amount, keep the bank confirmation and select I sent the transfer on the order page. That button tells staff to look for the transfer; it does not mark the order as paid. The order stays on hold until the payment is matched.
5. Watch for tracking
After payment is confirmed, the order moves to processing and is prepared. A Canada Post tracking number is added when the shipping label is created. The first carrier scan can appear later than the tracking number, and delivery estimates can change.

- Canada Post tracking number once available.
- Outer parcel and product packaging if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
