A product page can show the current description, supplied package details, stock, format and photography. For flower, compare visible structure and trim with the listed aroma notes. For other formats, check the sealed package and any consistency visible in the images.
A listing cannot let a customer smell or handle the product. Do not turn a strain name, THC percentage, grade or “new” label into proof of moisture, aroma or package condition. Use each field for the information it actually provides.
Freshness is not the same as grade

Similarly, a higher THC number does not establish freshness. Potency, package size, price, aroma description and current condition remain separate fields.
Use current photography carefully
Real images are most useful for visible details such as colour, shape, trim, texture and packaging. Lighting, camera processing and screens can affect appearance, so photography should be paired with the written listing rather than treated as a complete measurement.
Check whether the image shows the actual product or only a general category scene. Do not infer weight, cannabinoid content or included accessories from an image.
Check a delivered order before putting it away
- Match the product name and package with the order confirmation.
- Look for obvious damage, an open seal or leakage before discarding shipping materials.
- Read the product’s own storage information.
- Keep labels attached to the correct items.
- Contact support promptly when the received condition materially differs from the listing or package.
