Eon uses plain outer packaging for Canada Post shipments. The outside of the parcel does not list the cannabis products inside or display cannabis graphics. It still needs the normal information required to move through the mail, including the delivery address, routing details, postage and a return address.
What someone can see on the outside
A person handling the parcel can see the shipping information needed for delivery. That may include the recipient name and address, a barcode, service markings, postage and the sender or return details. The parcel is not blank or anonymous, and Eon does not promise that postal workers or household members will be unable to identify the sender from normal shipping information.
What the outer package avoids is product-level detail. It should not name a strain, show the cart contents or use cannabis imagery as decoration.
Enter the address carefully
Discreet packaging still depends on accurate delivery information. Use the complete Canadian address, including an apartment, suite, unit, buzzer or rural route detail when applicable. Check the postal code and recipient name before placing the order. An incomplete address can create a delay that plain packaging cannot prevent.
When the parcel arrives
- Look for tears, openings, crushing, moisture or damaged tape.
- Check that the shipping label belongs to you.
- Open the parcel in a secure place away from children, teenagers and pets.
- Match every product and quantity to the order.
- Inspect product seals, containers and hardware for visible damage.
Keep the outer parcel, product packaging and order number if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. Those details help support understand whether the issue concerns the carrier parcel, the packed order or an individual product.
Pickup locations and shared addresses
If Canada Post leaves a pickup notice, follow the instructions on the live tracking page or notice card. In a condo, apartment, office or shared home, check how parcels are normally received. A concierge, mailroom or another adult at the address may accept or store it.
Plan for privacy at your own address. Eon controls the outer package it prepares, but it cannot control who has access to a shared mailbox, lobby, front desk or household receiving area.
Keep the inner packages labelled
After opening the parcel, keep each product in or with its original labelled packaging. Do not combine products in an unmarked container. Store them securely and follow any product-specific storage directions.
